All dressed up and nowhere to go!

Halloween disapointment! We left GoB at 9:15pm and headed out to Russel st, where the trick-or-treating stays late and everyone does up their house in a big way. Alas, the teenagers had run amok and the police had shut the place down. The houses were dark and locked up tight! No trick or treats for our little lion! He was even being very good and walking around holding onto his plastic pumpkin bucket (and only throwing it down once). Mama was very sad and disappointed. Fortunately, John is still too little to be disappointed. I will make sure not to work on Halloween. The store was deserted for the last couple of hours, too. Total waste of our time. So sad!
